6 Terms of Use

9 Betting Rules

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the vin786 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and page layout — is the intellectual property of vin786 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation;

13 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, market data or game results caused by technical faults, data feed errors or third-party information sources;
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; or
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, even if vin786 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where vin786's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Suspension & Termination

vin786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit transaction;
• A self-exclusion request from the Account holder; or
• Any regulatory, legal or operational requirement.

Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) that has been positively attributed to you following a review will be made available for withdrawal through the standard process, subject to completion of KYC verification.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vin786 holds its operating licence.
